Overview
The positive reverse twisted hexagonal wire mesh machine uses the straight and reverse twist principle, eliminating the need to make the wire spring loaded, increasing work efficiency, and driving continuous work possible.
A full range of machine models for giving medium mesh are available and can be customized upon request.
Wire tension device
Wire tension devices include four straightening wheels, which can be applied to different wire mesh widths and produce two or three rolls simultaneously.
Wire spool and spool rack
The spool rack’s overall size is moderate and does. Spools of different sizes can be placed. We will provide a certain number of spools according to the mesh size.
Winding mesh adjust device
The winding mesh adjusting device can adjust the tightness of the winding mesh so that the mesh hole is standardized and the winding is more beautiful.

Hexagonal Wire Mesh Automatic Packaging Machine
The role of the hexagonal wire mesh automatic packaging machine is to weave into the hexagonal net by the specified length of segmentation and packaging.
First, a large diameter roll of hexagonal mesh is placed on the machine’s shaft, then the length to be cut and the packaging information is set in the console. Once the new hexagonal mesh roll has reached the specified diameter, the machine automatically cuts and packs it.
