Overview
Horizontal hexagonal wire mesh machine, or horizontal gabion machine, produces hexagonal metal wire mesh of various specifications and sizes.
For example, the wire diameter range is 0.38~3.5mm, and the mesh range is 9.5*9.5~130*150mm; more need to contact us for customization.
The raw material can be galvanized, PVC, stainless steel, etc. The gabion mesh machine can supply all hexagonal wire mesh products needed in construction projects.

Spring coiling machine
This machine is used to wind the wire into the shape of a spring to provide the material for weaving the gabion mesh.
First, place the wire on the machine’s rotating shaft and press the start switch.
You can make up to five springs at a time.

Coiling mesh machine
This machine allows the packing of gabion mesh into smaller diameter rolls.
The gabion mesh is first fixed to the rotating shaft in the middle of the machine.
Next, press the switch to start the engine, and the equipment drives the gabion mesh to shrink.
Once the desired diameter is reached, the device automatically switches off, and the gabion mesh roll is pushed out.
Easy packing and transportation of finished gabions and hexagonal wire mesh.

Net cutter machine
The net cutter machine is made of blades to cut the gabion mesh into the required mesh and is part of the gabion mesh auto production line.
When the gabion machine runs, the servo net straightening machine will feed the gabion mesh precision to the net cutting machine and cut automatically.

Hydraulic packing machine
