Overview
The razor barbed wire machine consists of two parts: blade punching and shearing equipment for razor barbed wire and molding equipment for compounding blade and wire into razor barbed wire.
Razor blade punching and shearing equipment is used to produce the barbed wire needed for the manufacture of razor blade barbed wire. The forming equipment will be blades and galvanized iron wire composite products.
Blade punching and shearing equipment including feeding with the opening machine, punching and shearing equipment, blade separation and rewinding machine for the collection of materials.
The punching and shearing equipment includes presses, Division service feeding mechanisms, and molds.
The forming equipment consists of an opener for feeding the blades and galvanized iron wire, a forming machine for laminating, and a winder for rewinding.
Uses and material
Razor barbed wire produced by razor barbed wire machines is mainly used as a protective material for various unique places and temporary barriers.
The material used is 0.3-0.6mm thick galvanized sheet and galvanized iron wire with a diameter of φ1.5-3.5 mm.
